Fall is here and there’s no better time to adjust your workout program so that you are guaranteed to feel and look your best.  Soon enough our clocks will be turned back and the days will get shorter but that’s no excuse to have your exercise routine fall by the wayside. All you need to do is mix it up, find what you like, and stick to your program.

 1. Your Workout Schedule:

3. Stick to Your Program.

Okay, so say you have the perfect program for your fitness goals… Now how do you follow through with those goals?  The answer is to….Make time for yourself!!!  This may sound selfish but a healthy, happy you will only contribute to a healthy happy world ; not just for you but also your friends, family and for the people you interact with throughout the day.  So be selfish with your time and make your health important to you.
